Shipping & Returns
We expect to deliver your order within 3~7 workings days upon successful payment confirmation (for Peninsular Malaysia), for East Malaysia approx 5-10 working days.
Our current appointed courier partners are GDex, POS Laju, J&T & etc. (Estimation subject to normal circumstances & ready stock status)
In the event of no one receiving the parcel, our courier partner will either contact you or dropping you a further instruction card for re-delivery or self-collection at courier local branches.
The shipping rates are calculated based on the weight.
If you find your parcel is being opened, suspected compromised, part missing from your order, please do not accept it and kindly please inform us immediately at our Customer Service Hotline --- +6010-3629811
West Malaysia: RM12/kg for postage fees
East Malaysia: RM18/kg for postage fees
Singapore: RM180 for postage fees
Other: RM380 for postage fees
Return / Exchange Policy:
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty-four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed. The estimated refund duration takes from (1-14 days) to process the refund.
For defective products must be returned upon delivery and kindly contact our customer services (contact number )or Email your intent for a product return to ( email address).
Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, then we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 – 15 working days.
To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging. Return address will be provide upon request.
