Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone calls and internet support to our clients
- Handle and resolve customer complaints including technical problems
- To conduct implementation and training on business solutions to our clients
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and other Chinese dialects
- Familiarity with Accounting/Inventory/POS software is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
