Responsibilities:
- Attending sales inquiries call, reply to customers email and follow up with customers
- Contact existing customers via telephone to promote renewal support service
- Cold calling
- Daily issue quotation
- Maintain records of sales leads and call log
- Follow up lead status with sales representative
- Generate monthly sales lead and quote stage report
- Assist salesperson request
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in marketing, business studies, administration, accounting or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Able to work independently
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
